Today we’re excited to announce a series of functional changes to the workspace management system! These changes facilitate the use of workspaces by compartmentalizing team-based workspaces with increased privacy and access permissions. So, what does that mean exactly?
What’s new with workspaces and team management?
Our post-click landing page platform already enables teams and marketing agencies to optimize their ad spend. But we know the more team members and clients you have, the harder it can be to manage those workflows.
Starting today:
- Team Members, Domains, and Integrations are now connected to, and managed directly from individual workspaces.
- Each workspace has a unique authorization token to allow secure publishing access to external content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
These features allow for private, team-based workspaces and were designed to facilitate real-world workflows of teams and agencies with global offices. With our new Advanced workspace Permissions and Privacy features, agencies can now assign team members to the various client accounts, collaborate with clients, and manage their integrations in a secure manner, directly from their workspaces.
This capability does not exist in the market today, making Instapage the only post-click landing page and conversion optimization solution for teams and marketing agencies.

Scenario #1
Previously, Integrations and Domains were managed across all workspaces.

With the new features, Integrations and Domains are managed completely from within the workspaces, so you don’t have to share any information you’re not comfortable sharing.
Scenario #2
Our Premium users have the ability to invite team members to view and edit content. Our Basic and Pro users did not have this feature before.
How these new features solve it
Basic users can now invite team members with “View” access. Similarly, Professional users can now invite team members with “View” and “Edit” access (see video #1 below). This effectively allows for more collaboration with you and your team to optimize your post-click landing pages for increased conversions.
Scenario #3
Previously, account owners were not able to selectively give permissions to team members to publish to external content management systems, like WordPress and Drupal.

Previously, once you connected a domain to a workspace it was visible across all workspaces and their team members.
